Plastic Lubricants giving high productivity
DOOBON`s PN-100 and Polylub-series is an excellent additive that can reduce the frictional resistance between the surfaces of finished parts at service temperatures for polyolefin plastic manufacturer and processor.
PN-100
Na-ST, Sodium Stearate DOOBON's PN-100 (sodium stearate) is used as a lubricant for dry drawing of chemically cleaned carbon steels.
Since PN-100 is soluble in water, it can be easily removed from the wire surfaces, thereby making further applications of plating or galvanizing easier.
Especially, DOOBON's PN-100 has a cleansing ability that its molecules attach readily to both polar molecules and non-polar molecules. The long hydrocarbon chain is non polar and repellant by water but is soluble by the salt ion of the end chain.
